Christmas Dinner Dance

Just under 200 people, dressed in their glad rags, made their way to La Costa Hotel, Mazarron at the weekend. They came to enjoy one of the best events of the year.

PALS held their eighth Christmas Dinner Dance and while it rained outside, inside the temperature was up and the entertainment was magnificent.

Christine led the way with Christmas favourites while the meal was served. CAS gave their all and the dancers never left the floor. Christine was back when CAS were given time to catch their breath and went through her repertoire.

PALS (Protection and LifeSaving) would like to thank the staff of La Costa Hotel who as usual put on a great show, dressed as Santas, and the food was fantastic (Lanostinos Cocidos, Carpaccio de Ahumados, Michirones, Mero and Tulipa de Nata Con Chocolate, Café y Licorers).

The raffle was smoothly run, as always, by Terry and Ellie and there were lots of lucky winners. Money from the raffle totaled 680€. Big thanks to Pat, Sheila, Maureen, Dennis, Jenny, Peter, Carol and all the PALS volunteers who helped make it a splendid evening.
